Policies

When submitting an order request, clients will receive a quote that is contingent on the client responding to that quote either confirming it or denying the service within 24 hours.

*Loss or damage of garments will be the responsibility of South City Suds whilst it is on our possession, or our third party cleaners and tailors.

*Pick-ups (8am-9pm) and deliveries (7:30am-10pm) will happen within the selected day period.

* Garments that are not in our possession and are lost before a pick-up, the responsibility will be on the client.

*It is a complimentary offer that a small hook be installed on the door or slider that the garments are being left on.

*It is also complimentary that plastic garment bags be provided to the customer to protect the garments from the elements

* It is our preference to have a phone conversation confirming the dates, address, and number of garments.

*TWO DAYS IS THE FASTEST THAT DRY CLEANING CAN BE COMPLETED

*PLEASE ALLOW FOR AT LEAST A FULL DAY FOR ALTERATIONS

*INVOICE WILL BE PROVIDED TO CUSTOMER WITH DELIVERY, AND EXPECTED TO BE PAID WITHIN TWO WEEKS. THIS CAN BE CASH, CHECK, WIRE- PLEASE COMMUNICATE PAYMENT WITH US 508-975-1777 OR Contact@southcitysuds.com.
